Hello Guys,

This is the first iteration of the course Sales Management in English at Taltech, so some of the topics listed in the extended syllabus might vary slightly due to a deeper focus on the most important topics. 

This course aims to deliver a systematic view of principles, techniques, and strategies of sales management and sales process in business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets. Passing the course will give the knowledge required for managing sales operations. We will also strongly focus on what it is to be in a sales role at a company to gain a better context on managing sales.

The course will be held entirely online via MS Teams, and a link to each class will be provided in Moodle, at least a week before the class.
