Lecturer: Pawan Dutt, Ph.D
This
course is an in-depth analysis of important aspects and case studies of
intellectual property rights (IPR). Topics include aspects of patents,
trademarks, copyrights, and designs. There will also be an in-depth analysis of
IPR intensive entrepreneurship. Prior knowledge of IPR is not a prerequisite.
The focus is on doctoral students from STEM study programs.
