Welcome to the course ITE4240 Impact and Measurement of e-Governance
The aim of this course is to provide you with an insight into e-government solutions planning, budgeting, implementing, controlling and maintenance. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of an e-solution life-cycle. This course provides an overview of current e-government challenges and trends and introduces the life cycle of e-government solutions. The life-cycle is structured around 5 main phases such as (1) initiating and planning, (2) budgeting and financing, (3) implementing and managing, (4) operations and maintenance (5) controlling and monitoring. Real life examples are presented and discussed during the course.
