Assignment 2 (due on April 15!)

The assignment consists of three exercises. In each exercise, you have to implement a model.

Please submit your answers using the text form of the assignment. You have to copy/paste three code blocks and a textual answer with each block. 

NB! When copy/pasting code, use "preformatted" text formatting, otherwise whitespaces get squished and indentation gets lost, and it will be very difficult to understand your code. So, please copy/paste only the relevant parts (clearly marked in the assignment templates) and use proper formatting.

Also, when you are done with the submission, press the "Submit" button. This also makes it impossible to make further modifications. I cannot grade unsubmitted answers, as I don't know if they are still in progress or not.

Late policy: each late day (from the 1st minute overdue) reduces points by 10%. Decay is linear. E.g., if you submit a homework 1 day and 5 hours late (resulting in a reduction of 20%), and your real score is 11, your reduced score is 1*0.80=8.8≈9. That is, the number of maximum late days is 10.

Assignment must be completed by the student alone (consulting with co-students is of course allowed). Too similar submissions result in zero points for both submitters, unrecoverable. Please take this seriously. There were some submissions in the first assignment that were very similar and were on the edge of being disqualified.
