The course aims to facilitate the contemporary HRM competence with providing knowledge, skills, and abilities of human resources functions and their effective implementation in regards to aligning workforce management with organizational strategic goals. It provides the analytical understanding and application of HRM theories and tools in resolving human resource issues. It would aim to create/design a human resource management policies of any selected organization.  The course would be delivered with eight interactive learning sessions with different assignments and quizzes.
