Mendeley reference manager

Choose Add new -> File(s) from Computer. 

 

Find the PDF file you need on your computer and add it to your Mendeley reference management software. Using the included metadata, Mendeley should do all the reference entry itself. You should also have a PDF file attached that you can read directly in Mendeley.
