The quality assessment tool is based on the ADDIE model, which implements five important stages of course development:
- analysis stage – analyzing needs, target group and context;
- design stage – formulation of learning objectives, selection of the types of media to be used, preparation of the structure of the course and its content, planning of the learning process;
- development stage – preparation of the e-course, including study materials and study instructions;
- implementation stage – using the e-course in a real learning process with real learners;
- evaluation stage – evaluation of the e-course and its learning process, which is not a one-time activity, but is a process that takes place throughout the entire ADDIE model.
