The purpose of this course is to obtain general knowledge of the main features of the European contract law systems, understand the main concepts of the Civil Law’s conception of a contract law, to be able to orientate in European private law systems, legal sources and literature, and to obtain basic skills of drafting legal opinions in a sound and thorough method in the field of contract law.
